This page explains, in plain language, the only three situations where SQL Guard or this website handle any personal data, why, and what your rights are. There is no tracking, no analytics, no advertising, and no data sale — this covers everything.

The download link itself works immediately without waiting for an email — submitting the form does not gate access beyond that single form field.

If what's collected or why ever changes, this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date above will reflect it. There is no mailing list for policy changes beyond what's written here.

Dove viene conservata: in un database gestito da Supabase, Inc., il nostro fornitore per la lista iscritti — vedi la privacy policy di Supabase.

Condivisione: con nessun altro soggetto.
Cosa: tipo di eccezione, messaggio di errore, stack trace (solo nomi di metodi/file) e versione installata.
Perché: per trovare e correggere bug interni.
Mai incluso: testo delle query SQL, credenziali, stringhe di connessione, nomi di database/server/istanza, o qualunque altro dato personale o aziendale.
Dove viene conservata: Sentry, ospitato nell'Unione Europea (Germania).
Come disattivarla: Tools → SQL Guard – Impostazioni → deseleziona "Invia segnalazioni di errore anonime".
Cosa: il testo scritto nel modulo Feedback, e l'indirizzo email solo se scegli di lasciarlo.
Perché: per leggere e, dove possibile, agire su quanto invii — segnalazioni di bug, idee per nuove regole, qualunque cosa non ti abbia convinto. L'email, se lasciata, serve solo per risponderti.
Base giuridica: il tuo consenso, dato inviando volontariamente il modulo.
Dove viene conservata: nello stesso database Supabase usato per l'email di download (punto 1).
Conservazione: finché non richiedi la cancellazione.
Condivisione: con nessun altro soggetto.
Ai sensi del GDPR puoi richiedere accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione od opposizione al trattamento, e la portabilità dei tuoi dati, scrivendo a manuelenzo2000@gmail.com. Puoi inoltre presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
